Since our founding in 1996 by a group of investors from Vanguard, Integra has been a pioneer private equity investor in the global financial services sector. Milestone investments include providing the first private sector investment after the 1997 Asian financial crisis; leading US bank recapitalizations during the 2008 financial crisis; and supporting strategic acquisitions during a period global illiquidity. As the financial industry has evolved over the last 20 years, Integra Enterprise Partners has developed a leadership position as an investor in growing services businesses within the industry that combine financial services complexity with technology transformation in areas including logistics, energy, green technology and others.
Today Integra has 22 partner companies where we hold a majority stake and maintain a minority stake 12 other promising firms. Our European home office has grown to over 500 employees and Integra North America has grown to over 300. Our combined team across managed firms is comprised of over 10,000 talented individuals.
